Bad product and customer service

I am going to the better business bureau. Cause thus far no one has helped me. I have been given wrong numbers and no help. Pennzoil took 600 dollars of my money for breaks and rotor. I called them about the squeaking. Told me it was normal until they were worn down. And it has not stopped. I went back and they are closed down. I am very angry. I will be calling the local news as well. And letting people know do not use pennzoil for anything. Cause if that mess up you are just screwed. Just horrible

Did not close plastic piece under my car and it broke off did not want to replace it went back there said cause clips was broke I said was not broke when I went there I said think about it when you back up your car it will break the piece and he agree with me

Worker at blakenbaker Pkwy Wesley is a lawsuit waiting he's been fired 3x. As he continues to get hired back due to owners not caring. He's an attic that does heroin. Hes bragged about getting high at work and forgetting things. If u go by there make sure u pay attention.dont go unless u want a new car.

Because it's discrimination I've sat here for almost an hour in the parking lot in line and I've been watching every Caucasian get pulled in and get their oil changed and me and this other black lady

Discrimination is the reason for my call I've been sitting in line for the last 20 minutes and every customer that is carquet of Caucasian has went in and all the black people are still sitting outside waiting to get their oil changed I'm in Champaig

Report an attempted theft

Watched 3 employees attempt to step 6cases of Shell 10 w30w oil when notification of assistant manager. I was told later on that it was a Joke. They were hiding cases of oil behind the storage garage. Located at2331Burr oak Street, Blue Island, Illinois. They have not been fired or punished for their actions. This is exactly why citizens don't get involved.

Lack of rebate

on 9/12/20, i purchased a 5qt jug of pennzoil full synthetic oil, at Fleet Farm. at that time ther was a $10 rebate on my purchase.

i sent the rebate form and dated receipt. in mid december , i received a post card saying my request was being rejected, because i had already claimed it. this total *** the card said i could resubmit my claim again. i resubmitted it along with the original receipt.

I was only given 8 days to the the info back to them. it is now midmarch and still no word. as i type this i am also on hold with shell customer service,so far it has been 43 minutes. now their phone system just hung up on me.

i have been a frequent pennzoil/quaker state user, and also am i member of the shellfuell rewards program. this is incredible customer service.

thankfully there are many other providers who do care about their customers and customer service. this company has turned to crap.

I purchased the Shell Penzoil full synthetic oil change $22 rebate offer. Two months later, I received an email from Shell indicating that the form was not legible. I re sent it clearly. Then they responded that the place where I had the service done was not a valid participant, eventhough there was signage on the walls. That's why i was aware of it. Conveniently, these con artists dismissed it. If I still had complaints, I should write a letter to the "complaint dept" only by mail. No phone number or email. More hoops to jump through just to get back $22 from a major oil company, unbelievable. How sad that these greedy low lifes have to sink to this level.

Pennzoil purposely dropped the Apartment or Unit number from the address so that the rebates may not be deliverable. A scam promotion!
